Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized, luxury experience. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ✨ Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ✨ Permanent Makeup Appointments: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your reserved time and preparation. This policy allows me to honor the time set aside for you and to accommodate other clients who may be waiting.
